Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Charles is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
