History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and further expansion of business

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Richard was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and revenge
