History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, Hugh was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ralf was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ralf abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A true patriot, Randal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and retire the richest man in the west

Description: This exceptionally lanky man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born in the north to a Merchant, Lewis learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
