Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: Conrad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: Simon was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Henry lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to open a new tavern
