History: Born in the north to a Gardener, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He struck the Gardener job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Gardener responsibilities is difficult.

He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his sai. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Theodoric was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
