Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. He has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to his abundance of muscles. His black hair is braided into rings. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He is portly but not overly obese. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His violet eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker black hat.
Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born in the east to a Apothecary, John learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This man stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears dark leathers with embroidery. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. He carries with him a set of shortspears, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Blacksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Drogo hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He worked as a nervous Blacksmith and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break
