History: Gerald lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. Recently the stress of being a Layabout has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
