History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is dressed in earthy colors with a violet and red handkerchief worn on his right side. His red hair is cut short. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Anselm lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
