Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Rolf was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
