Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Dustin has worked very hard to control his curse. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
