History: Born in the north to a Barkeep, Tim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Chad was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Ruler. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.
