History: Miles hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
