History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized tan coat. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born in the east to a Miller, Odo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears tattered old clothes, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small black clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: Aldous is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Navigator business.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and wishes to resurrect an old love
