History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Raymond hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. The war was a terrible time for him, and Raymond does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Raymond was born with his father's beautiful face. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Gerald was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
