Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and retire the richest man in the east

Description: This man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His ears are large.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born in a small plains village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his lance. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are blue and catlike.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in John's homeland. John decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. John fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He became a Shepherd soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
