Description: He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Don lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ruler they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Mortician, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Born in the east to a Ploughman, Peter learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
