Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a red armored body suit, with a simple blue line shooting up and back down. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: He wears an entirely black suit with yellow socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He carries with him a set of daggers on his belt, each one with a emerald on the hilt. His head has been shaved. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Hubert's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Hubert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up dagger and armor he uses now. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Description: This malnourished man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His ears are large.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Weaver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and he desires power and/or immortality

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his morningstar, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady amber eyes.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Cory was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and a deep hatred of gnolls

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: Jocelyn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Jocelyn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Jocelyn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
