Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A true patriot, Randal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Randal grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Randal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Randal. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
