History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Actor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Actor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Actor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Lance was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and money/treasure

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
