Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He is a Maurezhi in disguise. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and to protect his home
