Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he usually wears his red robe and has his morningstar always slung over his shoulder. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A true patriot, Anselm would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man is very fat, and very much looks the part of a Shipwright. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His violet eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it, and he perpetually has his sword ready. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Everard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Everard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He wears dull green sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed pickaxe, just in case. He is portly but not overly obese. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Gomory was born the youngest of three triplets. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Barkeep responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Gardener. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
