Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He keeps his long auburn hair kept up in a rat tail. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Anselm fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He sports a long blonde beard, and similarly colored long hair. His gray eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At some point he was captured by goblins and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and he wants revenge against goblins

Description: 5'3" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He very much looks the part of a Ploughman. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He has gray eyes and a grey hat with a violet feather.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Arnold hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Arnold alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 12 years.

Motivation: Revenge; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: This man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. He has gray eyes.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Sculptor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is greedy

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He is an epitome of beauty. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.
