He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and balancing his hectic life and new crown-heir responsibilities is difficult

His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Randal is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a Carter, his father struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
