History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

History: Roland was born the youngest of three triplets. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it.
