History: Diggory was born with his mother's beautiful face. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. Peter enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
