History: Hugh lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Ralf was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Scribe work with an outfit from a few towns over. Scribe work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Wymar embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He takes great joy in being the best Sailor in town.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Wymar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Wymar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Slave Trader, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Born in the north to a Barber, Conrad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He's also a talented Apothecary, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born into a rich family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is content
