Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist mother left him crippled. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: Standing 5'1", this man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Robert was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a detective again

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His hair is cut close to his head. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Reynard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Reynard decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Ideals: Professionalism, Gifted. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Poor, Immigrant, Criminal record. Occupation: Jeweler

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Diggory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

Ideals: Joker. Bonds: Slave, Military, Enemies, Adventurer. Occupation: Doctor
