Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He carries with him a set of tridents, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Trym has worked very hard to control his curse. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
