History: He was born in a small island village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
