He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. A true patriot, Dean would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Dean and his spouse have recently divorced.
