His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. He has a hunchback. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: Bertram hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Actor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, William grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving William alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
