Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Dustin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His childhood dream was to be a Butcher, but he was a colossal failure. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
