Description: This man stands a little under 5'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His skin is flawless and his green eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Hubert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a kukri, but if one is not available he will default to his greataxe. He has a golden handlebar mustache and slicked back golden hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.
History: Kody lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Mason, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a chocolate of some kind. He wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants, marred by chocolates. His hair is golden and very short. He has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He also hits on men, regardless of circumstances.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Everard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up longsword and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a Carter first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Carter. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
