History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Percival began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Percival was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.

He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Assassin. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His first spouse was a Doctor, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
