History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He prefers to wear flannel. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He likes to wear green tank tops with tan pants. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are a pleasant green.

Personality: Guy is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Guy was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'7". He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears bulky white painted plate armor. His tied-back hair is red. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Hugh is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tanner work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
