History: He was born in a small island village. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to end his boredom

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Layabout. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Tim was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Layabout, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To be a Miner again; and a deep hatred of orcs

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Gunter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
