He prefers to carry a shortspear, but if one is not available he will default to his glaive. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Gardener. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Trey was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to find somewhere to settle down

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
