History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Bernard took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: Gomory hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gomory alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. A true patriot, Wymar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and his religion dominates his actions
