Personality: Gomory hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

Motivation: To be a Mortician again; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: He was born in the east. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Merchant. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: Lance was born with his father's beautiful face. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Tailor, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Alex's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
