Description: Standing 5'5", this man is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Roland never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body, and is pretty ugly. His hair is cut close to his head. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and expand his business

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a Glassblower, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
