History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is a Miller first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Shoemaker profession.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

Description: 6'2" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Frederick grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Frederick. Being a Barrister kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
