History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Roger has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
