Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Humans. His skin is dark but he possesses many pastel ritualistic tattoos. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: Theodoric wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his bastard sword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is an epitome of beauty. His golden hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Rolf was born with his mother's beautiful face. When Rolf reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Servant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Navigator profession.

History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears baggy violet pantaloons and a tan scarf, and is pretty ugly. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Gilbert began to lead the lost caravan. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and someone believes him a fraud
