Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. A true patriot, Roland would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
