Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Miner business.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he is well dressed, constantly wearing a blue suit, black shirt, and pastel tie. He wears a deerstalker hat to hide his balding. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 86. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Body Guard, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and to be a body guard again

His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a butterfly scrunchie. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This late middle aged man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition and is in decent physical shape. His blonde hair is cut short. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Ruler who has hired him part-time. Arnold is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Arnold lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and wants to raise his children well
