Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Chad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
