Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He carries a battered trident and tarnished sai as well. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His gray eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
