History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Godfrey was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Layabout. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Gifted from a young age, Geoffrey studied abroad. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
