Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears dark leathers with embroidery. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Hubert alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His golden hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant blue.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Voice: Loud with bravado

Description: This man is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering his clean studded leather. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his right hand. He has no hair. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Herbalist. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
