Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A freak accident while working with his Mayor mother left him crippled. He now mingles about in high society.
